Murder Mystery Dinner!

In October we planned a Murder Mystery Dinner with our good friends The Koudelkas, The Meegans and the Ploehns. It was a blast and we had a good time dressing up and laughing with each other. They are the funnest group of people and we are so grateful to have such great friends!

Zions October 2009

Yay, our annual trip to Zions National Park. This is one of my favorite trips of the year. This Park is beautiful. There is no other place like it. This year was great we went with Grandpa Dave and Grandma Brenda. Aunt Karen and her brother Glenn came from Minnesota to visit and Natalie and her family joined us this year. We had a great time except for the trip was cut sort because Grandpa Dave got sick which we later found out later was the H1N1 virus and we pretty much all came down with that following week. We survived!!!!!!

Lotoja and Jackson Hole!

September brought on Grandpa Dave's bike race called Lotoja, it's appox. 200 miles from Logan Utah to Jackson Hole, WY. We all went to support him and spend sometime in Jackson Hole after. It was a fun trip a little crazy with all the kids and families there but Grandpa Dave did great and we were so proud of him. We love this trip every year because Jackson Hole is so beautiful and we love hiking and seeing all the wild life. We saw 2 golden eagles on our hike around Jenny Lake and had our own personal moose outside our condo. Could you ask for more.

School Days!

School started for both the boys. Isaac started 2nd grade and Dallan started kindergarten. Man time is flying by. I'd have to say I think we were all ready for the summer to end and the school year to begin. To much of spending time together can not always be a good thing. Isaac has Ms. Krug and Dallan has Ms. Kanz. Both were very excited especially Dallan since he was able to go to the "Big School".

Bear Lake 2009

Every year over the 24th of July we go on our annual trip to Bear Lake with my family. We look forward to it every year, there's nothing like going to the beach and riding wave runners and hanging out with the people we love oh I can't forget fresh raspberry shakes . We had a blast.

I am so proud of our little garden this year, it has done so good. We've had so much rain this year in June that everything has done great. We've alreay eaten spinach, carrots, yellow squash and cucumbers. I love it.

Dustin's work is celebrating their 25th Anniversary this week so on Wednesday night they had a "Rock Band" showoff, Dustin and his little group of crazy guys decided to go with some Beastie Boys. I think Dustin has been hiding his true self and maybe a hidden career!!!!! Enjoy.

Dallan's preschool graduation!

Dallan finally graduation preschool with Miss Tara and Grandma Pat at the Leap Ahead Learning Center here in Stansbury Park. We will miss having someone in here class this next year. They did such a wonderful job with both of the boys and we love them both. Now Dallan is getting ready to go to Kindergarten, why do they have to grow up so fast!!!!!!

Moab Utah and Arches National Park!!!!!

In the end of March we went to Moab, UT. and went to Arches National Park with Grandpa and Grandma Farrell and Uncle Matt and Aunt Ashlee. It was a blast. I am definitely growing a fondness for the National Parks here in Utah. We went on quite a few hikes and the boys became junior rangers. It makes me very grateful for a the beautiful world our Heavenly Father had given us. It is incredible to see all the arches and rock formations it's amazing.

April 18th, marked Alyssa's 2nd birthday. I can't believe 2 years have gone by. She has been so fun and is getting so big. I can't believe what a girly girl she is. She loves dolls and painting her nails and any sort of jewelry she can get her hands on. Here's a few pics of the celebration!

Easter 2009

I swear we don't have enough parties here in the Orgill home, just kidding. We had our annual Easter Party in Spanish Fork at my Aunt Marie's house. With a huge Easter Egg Hunt. Sunday we went to Dustin's parents house in Granstville and had lunch and a Easter Egg Hunt with all the cousins, it's so fun to get together with everyone, and then went up to my parents house in Kaysville and had dessert and another Easter Egg Hunt. Needless to say the kids had a lot of candy and they loved every minute of it. Alyssa had a blast because she actually cared this year she was so proud of herself everytime she found an egg, she'd say "look it Grandma." It was a blast.

We just got back from our fun family vacation to Disneyland. We had a blast and the kids loved every minute of it. We had tons of fun visiting the beach and going to Disneyland for a couple of days. It really is a magical place. Now we are home and back in the real world.

We are so excited we are planning a trip to Disneyland with the kids the second week of March. The kids can't wait and by kids I mean Dustin too. Dustin went many times while growing up and loves the memories he has, we can't wait to make the same memories with our kids!!!!!!!

Dallan goes to the best preschool, The Leap Ahead Learning Center. His teachers are Miss Tara and Grandma Pat. The do such a great job. They went on a Field Trip the end of January to the Fire Station and talked about fire safety. Dallan loves firetrucks so he had a great time.

In Loving Memory of Grandma Lisenbee

Dustin's sweet Grandma Lisenbee passed away on January17th, 2009. We loved her so much. She left such an amazing legacy behind her. There were so many people who loved her and that were touched by her spirit and testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are happy that she is out of pain and has been reunited with those that pasted on before her. We love you Grandma.

Dustin and Isaac share the same Birthday. We didn't really get to celebrate big this year because on the week of their birthdays, Dustin's sweet little Grandma Lisenbee past away so on their birthday we attended a viewing in her honor. We will miss her she was an incredible lady. We loved her so much. We did have a friend birthday party with boys from the neighborhood for Isaac it was really fun to have them all over. I little scary since I was doing it all alone with out any other adults but it turned out great.

Dallan turned 5 on December 29th, we have a little tradition each year we have to go bowling with the entire family. It's he's request every year. We have a blast.

Christmas Morning 2008

I love Christmas Morning!!!! I hardly slept the night before because of the anticipation. We always make the kids wait on the stairs until Dustin has the camcorder out and is ready to record and then we all run down the stairs. We all made out pretty good this year. The boys got a air hockey table and, Isaac got pokemon stuff, Dallan got cars and a diesel truck, and Alyssa got her baby doll and kitchen. Just to name a few. We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas

Merry Christmas 2008

Dustin got the bug to take pictures of the kids before church the Sunday before Christmas!!!!!!! I had to finally tell him to stop because we were going to be late. The photo is a perfect description of each child. Isaac, mister serious, Dallan is the charmer, and little Alyssa can you say princess!
